ZRG STUDIOS · SERVICE POLICIES
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: October 15, 2026
Healthy Gamers is a ZRG Studios application that turns exercise check-ins into shared guild adventures. These terms apply when you use the website and its connected Discord features. Our Privacy Policy explains how the service handles information.
Accounts and guilds
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live and by the services you connect. Use your own Google or Discord account, protect your sign-in access, and connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate someone else or share another person's account or private workout records.
Guild leaders control invitations, organizer permissions and workout review within their guilds. You may belong to more than one guild. Check the active guild before posting or logging a workout, and choose which guilds receive connected activity records.
Exercise and rewards
The game encourages consistency. Workouts remain subject to organizer review; importing an activity or posting to Discord does not automatically award XP or boss damage. Current eligibility, roster and raid rules are explained in How to play. Character levels, maps, monsters, XP and rewards are game features with no cash value.
Log honest workouts and accurate supporting information. Do not fabricate evidence, submit someone else's activities or manipulate check-ins and rewards. Choose exercise that is appropriate for you; do not exercise through pain or put yourself at risk to meet a raid target. Healthy Gamers provides game and activity-tracking features, rather than medical advice or a personalized exercise prescription.
Community and uploads
Encourage your guildmates respectfully. Do not use the service for harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, illegal activity, sexually explicit content, or attempts to compromise other people's accounts or the application.
Only upload content that you have the right to share. Get permission before including another person in a photo, and avoid uploading passwords, medical documents or other sensitive information. You retain ownership of your content and give ZRG Studios permission to store and display it as needed to run the features you use.
Private proof images are available to their owner and guild organizers. A photo explicitly shared to the guild feed is available to guild members. Guild organizers may hide inappropriate posts and comments. The service administrator may restrict an account or a connection to address abuse or a security issue.
Connected services
Google, Garmin, Discord and other providers have their own terms, policies and availability. Healthy Gamers is not sponsored by or affiliated with these providers. The Garmin connection uses a community connector and is not an official Garmin integration.
Connecting a provider authorizes the activity imports described on the connection screen. Disconnecting stops future imports through that connection; already logged workouts remain. If your guild has Discord announcements enabled, workout and game-event summaries may appear in its configured Discord channel. People with access to that channel can see those messages.
Availability and changes
Healthy Gamers is an evolving service. Features, game rules and provider connections may change, and maintenance or provider problems may interrupt access or imports. Keep your own copy of important exercise records. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete provider synchronization or a particular fitness result.
Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Check the published terms when deciding whether to keep using the service.
Help, reports and account requests
Contact your guild organizer and ask them to connect you with the ZRG Studios administrator who operates Healthy Gamers. If you do not yet have a guild, contact the person who invited you and ask for that administrator.
Do not post passwords, sign-in tokens or private proof images in a public feed when asking for help. Account deletion and data requests currently require administrator assistance; leaving a raid or disconnecting a provider does not delete your account or its history.
